On the 14th and 15th of last June, the III Transnational Workshop of VALSIPAM was organised in the territory of Valle Salado with the objective that the partners of the project could test the tourist experiences designed in the territory: Salt Tasting, the Salt Workshop and the Baths of Bosque Blanco.
This meeting in Valle Salado has very similar characteristics to the VALSIPAM famtrips that are being organised these months, but on this occasion, the workshop was designed so that the other project partners could experience these activities.
The workshop began with a guided tour of the Salt Valley to understand this unique agricultural area. After the visit, the Salt Tasting took place, where people had the opportunity to learn about the variety of flavours offered by the salts of Añana, which is considered to be one of the best salts in the world!
Another of the activities that were tried focused on a virtual reality experience, in which they discovered the richness hidden in this singular agricultural space through new technologies.
The workshop concluded with a visit to the Baños de Bosque Blanco, which allowed participants to discover the richness of the Salt Valley in terms of biodiversity and natural heritage, spotting some of the most characteristic birds of the area. This activity also offers the possibility to relax in the natural salt water spa. Is there a better way to end an experience?
